inMeditation felt too quiet until construction noise turned my session into a joke. Now I do it daily. What funny experience changed your opinion?
That "turning a distraction into part of the routine" is so real. My old place was near a construction site for like eight months. At first, the backup beeps and concrete saws made me want to scream. But after a few weeks, my brain just started treating it like weather. I'd be making coffee and wouldn't even notice the jackhammer rhythm until it suddenly stopped for lunch.

inTIL my eco-friendly writing prompt brainstorm caused a minor biohazard
Biohazards turning into art is next level. That yeast explosion is basically a recycled dream throwing a tantrum.

inOil-based stains drying slow used to bug me, but a client's praise for the color depth won me over.
Yeah, that fast-dry trade-off is real (been there). What kind of project are you working on where the schedule's that tight? I used a quick enamel once and it definitely saved time, but I had to be really picky about the brand to avoid a plasticky look.

inAppreciation post: My cousin's wild guess about CNC work made my day
My uncle asked me the same thing last year... he was sure I worked with copy machines. What I do now is keep a short video on my phone, just like you did. It saves so much time instead of trying to explain G-code to someone who's never seen a mill. I always start by saying it's like a robot carving metal from a block... that usually clicks for people. Those moments when family gets interested are honestly the best part of the job. It reminds you why you got into it in the first place.
