PSA: Cutting back on paper prints for draft reviews

I used to print out every version of my plans for the team to mark up. Now we all just add comments to a shared digital file, which saves a lot of paper and time. How do you handle review cycles without wasting so much material?

Three years ago my recycle bin was nothing but my bad first drafts. I had a whole forest worth of plot outlines covered in red pen coffee stains. Switched to commenting on Google Docs and now my printer just gives me this sad, dusty look. I'm probably single handedly why my local office supply store started selling more toner.

My old printer finally died from neglect last month, and I felt kinda bad for it lol.

Honestly, I just started using the comment feature in the PDF viewer. Tbh it was a game changer, no more stacks of paper on my desk.
