TIL my eco-friendly writing prompt brainstorm caused a minor biohazard

I was crafting a prompt about a city that runs on recycled dreams. My homemade yeast starter for bread BURST open during the process. Now there's goo on my ceiling and a new story idea about sentient slime. Maybe the prompt should be 'what if your leftovers came to life?' Thoughts?

grace_hill nailed it with the tantrum thing. My kombucha mother tried to climb out of its jar last month, left a vinegary snail trail across my counter. Your sentient slime idea beats my story about a fizzy drink that judges people.
