inFound out my go-to bread recipe has been wrong for years
My old recipe called for 15 minutes of kneading and the bread was always tough. Switched to a stretch and fold method, just a few folds every half hour. The dough is way more relaxed and the final loaf has those big, open holes you want. It's a game changer for texture.

inA simple BBQ talk about diesel air filters got way too serious
Laura_black31 is totally right. My old Civic ran for 220,000 miles on the basic store-brand filters. The oil always looked fine at changes. Spending triple on a fancy name just felt silly when the cheap one did the job for over a decade. The engine finally went because of a timing belt, not some filter issue.

inMeringue weeping is driving me nuts.
Totally, and it shows how little mistakes can wreck everything. In baking or anything else, skipping a step means you'll have to fix it later. Taking your time from the start is always better.
