inI gave a client a 20% glycolic acid peel after she said her skin was 'tough' and it was a huge mistake
I used to believe a client knew their own skin best, but a situation like yours changed my mind completely. I had a client much like @bennett.james described, always pushing for more. Giving in once led to a bad reaction, and the regret was worse than any tip. Now, my consultation notes are my guide, not the client's demands.

inSaw a video saying to freeze coffee in ice cube trays to avoid watering it down

inLooking back at how we used to debate ideas versus now
Remember trying to talk politics with my uncle at Thanksgiving. Started with him yelling about headlines and ended with us agreeing the local roads are terrible. Took three hours and two beers to find that common ground. Sometimes you just have to let the big fight go to talk about the potholes everyone hates. The real talk is buried under all the noise people make to be heard.

My neighbor's oven cleaner fused his glass door shut.
