inFound out how much glue a big print shop uses in a year
Man that's so true. I tried doing a big fish fry for a family reunion once and went through like three giant bottles of oil in a day. My kitchen was a greasy mess for a week. You just don't realize how much volume they're dealing with until you try to copy it at home. Makes you respect what they do.

inWarning: I used to think exploring the old Sunrise Mall in Corpus Christi was fine alone, but a close call changed my mind.
Yeah, that's the kind of thing that'll make you rethink everything. After my own scare in an old warehouse, I started carrying a small crowbar in my bag, not to break in, but just in case I needed to pry myself out of a jam. It sounds over the top, but so is waiting for help with your leg stuck in a hole.

inPro tip: I used to think pockets ruined a dress line, but a rainy day in Seattle changed my mind.
That bias tape trick sounds smart. Do you use the same fabric for the tape or something lighter?

inChoosing between a gas mower and a push reel for my small yard in Tacoma

inCan we talk about how everyone says you have to use a 1/4 inch section for perms
Actually the rule is more like a guideline than a strict starting point. A good stylist should know when to break it. Like with your friend's thick hair, bigger sections make sense because the perm solution can't penetrate a thick, dense section evenly. Same with fine hair, you might go smaller. The textbook gives you the "why" so you know how to change it for real people.
