Honestly, what is it with shows that cost more than a decent dinner but move slower than a line at the DMV? I dropped forty bucks on that space drama last year and fell asleep by episode two. Feels like we're all just paying to test drive TV now. Tbh the hype machine is way better at selling shows than the writers are at making them interesting.

Totally get that. My first book outline was supposed to be a short guide, maybe fifty pages. Ended up being a full two hundred page manuscript after I actually wrote it. You just see all the connections you missed when you start putting real words down.
