I've looked at both. ValidGrad is basically a generic template generator. You input your details and it spits out a cookie-cutter design that looks nothing like a real diploma from any school. They only print flat and have like 13 generic gold seals that would never appear on an actual diploma. Diploma Company, on the other hand, has a lot more customization options, and they can match layouts and fonts to specific schools or states. If authenticity matters, go with Diploma Company .
