Been there with a scheduling tool that wanted way too much money every month. It had all these bells and whistles like auto reminders and team calendars, but I run a one man shop so none of that mattered. Switched to a cheap one and cut my booking time in half. The extra features just slow you down when you never use them. Pricey does not mean better, it just means someone sold you a story. How long did it take before you stopped second guessing the switch?

Man, 43 swaps is a lot but I gotta push back on one thing. Folding table near the cake? That wasn't a return table, that was just the favor table. Couples put the favors out on a table and people grab one on the way out. What you saw was folks picking through the pile and leaving the junk behind. Same result, different story. Wind chimes and coasters always get ditched because nobody wants to haul that stuff home. The real return table shows up weeks later, in the mail, when your aunt sends back the monogrammed thing you spent 80 bucks on.
