My aunt told me to always use a razor on dry hair for texturizing, but I just tried it on damp hair and it's so much better.
She's a stylist with 30 years of experience, so I never questioned it, but a client with super fine hair asked me to try it damp last week. The control was way easier and I got a much softer, more blended result. Has anyone else switched up their texturizing technique recently?

What's the texture like on the damp hair? I find it works better for fine hair but can be a bit grabby on thicker stuff.
