inA client in Denver said my seam placement was 'old school' and should follow the light, not the door.
Consider how sunlight actually moves through a room all day. A seam that follows the light's path can make a space feel more alive and connected to the outside. That intentional flow often looks more thoughtful than just defaulting to a door frame.

inJust dropped $400 on a new climbing rope and it's already paid for itself on a tricky removal job.
Used to think good boots were a waste of money. Bought a cheap pair for years. Finally got some proper waterproof ones after my feet were soaked all winter. The difference is insane. My feet are dry and warm now, and I don't dread going out in the rain anymore. That purchase changed my whole outlook on spending for quality gear.

inRant: I drove 2 hours to the Joshua Tree dark sky zone and my phone ruined my first real astro shot.
Lol my go-to method is just forgetting my phone in the car. Works every time because I can't mess up what I don't have.

inMy kombucha scoby hit 4 inches thick and I panicked
Actually, cutting it might not have been needed. A thick scoby is normal for long brews. You can just peel the layers apart by hand. The extra layers are great for starting new batches or sharing with friends. The knife could bring in germs, even if you cleaned it.
