inI used to think signing off on every invoice was 'good management' and then I saw the actual numbers after 7 weeks
My buddy Dave ran a bike shop in Bellingham and did the same thing, made his guys get him to sign off on every little part order, and one week he lost $600 because nobody wanted to interrupt him for a $12 tube. He switched to a $50 limit and a Friday report and said it was the best thing he ever did.

inMy barber in Austin said skip the shampoo for a month and my scalp finally stopped flaking
So what happens when you want to actually clean your hair, just never again? Your scalp might have calmed down because you stopped stripping it, but that doesn't mean shampoo was the problem. Most people who quit are really just quitting sulfates and fragrances, which you can get without going full caveman. And hard water isn't this magic shield, calcium buildup can make flakes worse if anything. Give it six months and see if your scalp still likes it or if you're just trading flakes for a greasy mop that smells like a gym bag.
