Gardening on the side, and a customer tried to haggle over my tomato prices
I sell extra veggies from my home garden and had a lady argue my heirloom tomatoes were too expensive. On one hand, I want to stand firm on my prices because they reflect my time and care. On the other hand, part of me thinks a small discount to make a difficult person go away is sometimes worth the peace. Where do you all draw the line with pricing for picky customers?
