Did you set up GitHub scanning before or after the leak?

My buddy Dave runs a small framing crew down in Tucson and he switched his whole team to tablets about two years ago. Six months in he did the math and realized his guys were spending almost an hour a day just fighting with the things, logging in, syncing, waiting for plans to load in the heat. One guy dropped his off a ladder and that was 400 bucks gone. Dave went back to paper plans in plastic sleeves for the field and kept the tablets in the trailer for bids and invoices. He told me his crew got faster within a week. The tech is great for the office side but out in the dirt it just adds steps that nobody asked for.

Have you actually tried the coffee thing yet or are you still deciding? I used to be all in on booths and trade shows, dropped close to $3k one year and got maybe two lukewarm leads out of it. Then I started doing one on one coffee meets, like 2 or 3 a week, and closed more in 3 months than I did the whole year before. It feels slower at first but the people actually remember you when it's just two folks talking.
