About asking your butcher for a 21-day age... most places near me only carry pre-aged cuts, like 28 or 35 days. They don't really do custom requests, you know? Still, worth a shot though.

Know exactly what you mean, Sunday prep is a trap for me too. I made a big batch of chili last week and was so sick of it by Tuesday that I ordered pizza. The extra dishes and planning just make the whole thing not worth the effort.
