City's new crane start time rule is messing up our jobs

I'm fed up with this new rule in my city. We can't begin crane work until 7 AM, and it's throwing everything off. On my current site, we need to lift heavy beams early to avoid afternoon winds. Now, we're stuck waiting, and the whole day gets pushed back. Last Tuesday, we had to cancel a lift because the wind picked up by the time we could start. It's not just annoying; it's a safety issue. I wish the city would listen to us operators. Have you dealt with something like this in your area?

Winning the battle with Sunday scaries by baking banana bread

The real trick is using bananas that are almost completely black, like one more day and they're garbage. That makes it so much sweeter without needing extra sugar. I time it so it's coming out of the oven around 7 pm, so the whole place smells amazing just when the dread really starts to set in. Having a warm slice right then... it just resets the whole mood for the last couple hours of the weekend.
