Pro tip: I used a tiny bit of chamomile tea in a calming mask for a stressed client and it was a game changer

Her redness went down way faster than with my usual oat blend, and she booked her next appointment before leaving. Has anyone else tried adding herbal infusions to their treatments?

Honestly, that sounds risky. Chamomile can cause allergic reactions in some people, especially if they're sensitive to ragweed. You got lucky this time, but what if the next client has a bad reaction? Using food or drink items not made for skin care is asking for trouble. Stick to proven, tested ingredients made for faces. Why risk your license over a tea bag?

Yikes, that's a really good point.

But hasn't nature been used for skincare long before labs started bottling it up?
