PSA: The new rooftop bar on 5th Street has a serious vibe problem

I mean, I went there for a drink last Tuesday and the whole place felt off. The host sat us right next to the service door, so we got a full view of the dirty dishes piling up. Our waiter came by once in 45 minutes, and I had to flag down someone else just to get the check. Has anyone else tried that place and had a weird time?

Had a bad night at a place like that last month. I just asked the manager for a quiet word and explained the problems calmly. They ended up comping our drinks and were really thankful for the feedback. Sometimes they just don't know what's happening on the floor unless someone tells them.
