Vent: Spent $200 on a "premium" pet shampoo and it made my client's dog break out in hives
I bought this fancy organic oatmeal shampoo from a vendor at a trade show. He talked it up like it was GOLD. First time I used it on a regular golden retriever client, she came back two days later COVERED in red bumps. Had to refund the whole groom AND buy the owner a vet visit. Has anyone else had a boutique product totally backfire on them like this?
