Showerthought: I used to think those scalp scrub brushes were just a gimmick

I saw them all over social media for months and figured it was just another trend. But a client brought her own to her appointment in Denver last week, and after using it during her shampoo, her color took so much more evenly. It lifted the product buildup way better than my usual method. Has anyone else tried one and noticed a real difference in service results?

Wish I could say they were just hype. Bought one on a whim after seeing them everywhere. My hair just feels cleaner, like actually clean at the roots. It cuts through dry shampoo and gel buildup in a way my fingers never could. I was fully ready to roll my eyes, but it's a legit tool. Now I keep it in the shower.

Honestly it sounds like placebo effect to me. Those brushes just move product around, they don't actually do anything special. A good clarifying shampoo and proper technique works just as well without buying another single-use gadget.
