Watched a pitmaster's brisket go from dry to perfect in under a year after he switched to wrapping in butcher paper instead of foil.

He posted a video of his sad, crumbly slices from a competition last April, then another one yesterday showing a juicy, tender brisket, and the only thing he said he changed was ditching the foil wrap for pink butcher paper halfway through the cook.

But what if he just got better at managing his fire?

Look at the fight with Azula in the finale. His fire was completely different, more control and less raw rage. That shows a deeper change in his character, not just better aim. He had to find a new source for his bending beyond anger.
