PSA: Bought a $40 dough scraper that changed my whole game
I finally caved and got that fancy curved metal bench scraper everyone talks about, and honestly, it's the best money I've spent this year (way better than that lame cookie stamp set). It makes dividing and cleaning up sticky sourdough so much faster and cleaner. What's one tool you bought that actually lived up to the hype?

Feel your pain about that plastic scraper snapping, that happened to me last year and it was such a pain. I kept trying to use the broken piece like a fool. Upgrading to metal really does feel like a whole new world, like you can finally tackle a wet dough without a fight. It's one of those things you don't realize is holding you back until you switch.

My old plastic scraper finally snapped last month, so I grabbed a basic metal one for about twelve bucks. It's crazy how much easier it is to scoop up flour and get under a sticky dough ball without it bending. That little upgrade made cleanup way less annoying.
