Sat in on a local tech meetup last month and it changed how I handle scheduling

I run a small cleaning business and always used a paper calendar to book jobs. Last month I went to a tech meetup at the library downtown where a guy demoed a free AI scheduling tool. It took me about 2 hours to set it up on my laptop. Now it texts customers automatically when I'm running late and even optimizes my route between houses. I've saved about 5 hours a week on phone calls alone. Has anyone else found a simple AI tool that actually made their daily grind easier?

Sat in on a local tech meetup" - that's exactly how I stumbled into automating my laundry schedule. I felt like a dinosaur using sticky notes for wash cycles. Now I have a little app that texts me when the dryer's done and even reminds me to swap loads. It took me like 30 minutes to set up after the meetup guy showed me.

@mary776, do you worry about relying on tech for stuff that worked fine before?

Man that's a solid find. I'm curious though - did you run into any awkward moments with the AI getting something wrong, like texting the wrong customer or sending a weird route that made no sense?
