How many slices did you put in at once? That's the mistake I made at first, stacking them so the bottom one steams itself back into soggy sadness. Four minutes at 350 is right for one slice, but if you got a few in there, do them in a single layer and maybe add a minute. I've also done cold fried chicken in mine and it was way better than the microwave could ever dream of, skin actually got some crunch back. Leftover egg rolls are solid too, but keep an eye on them since they go from crispy to burnt real quick.
