Oh man, "more than my first car cost" got me thinking. I had a 1989 civic that cost me 800 bucks and it was basically held together with duct tape and good intentions. But to be fair that hoof stand looks way more useful than my old civic ever was, it actually gets the job done without overheating every 5 miles. Still, 400 bucks for something that holds a horse's foot is pretty wild when you think about it. Guess that's just the price you pay for good equine gear these days though.
