Turns out, the all-potato plan was a spud disaster
I made it to lunch on day two before caving and ordering a pizza. My students asked if I was sick from eating so many fries.

Yeah, potato-only sounds rough. I did a sweet potato cleanse once. Failed by lunch day two. Learned to add variety. Roasted some broccoli on the side. Made it tolerable for a few more days.
