Serious question, has anyone else seen the new 'juice cleanse' bar in the mall?

I was at the Westgate Center last week and noticed a new place called 'Pure Flow' selling $20 juice cleanses. The worker told me it would 'reset my system' in three days. I tried it, felt weak by day two, and ended up eating a whole pizza by Thursday night. Has anyone else tried a cleanse that just made things worse?

My cousin did a tea cleanse and spent the whole weekend in the bathroom. Not the reset she was hoping for.

That "reset my system" idea never made much sense to me... our bodies already do that.

Yeah, but what if my body's reset button is broken? I tried the whole "sleep and hydration" thing and my system still feels like it's running on dial-up. Maybe my internal software just needs a manual reboot they don't cover in the manual.
