My aunt swore by Mrs. Meyer's for baked-on cheese and she was right
She told me last Thanksgiving to let a smear of the lemon verbena kind sit on the lasagna pan for 20 minutes, and it cut through the crust like butter. Has anyone else found a specific soap that works better on certain foods, or is that just in my head?

Kinda makes you think about all the free stuff companies give away that nobody ever uses. Like that trial software or extended warranty that just expires... I found out you can get free replacement parts for certain electronics if you just ask the manufacturer nicely. They'd rather mail you a cable than process a return.
