What if we all stopped setting our alarms for the exact time we need to get up?

I tried setting mine 15 minutes early for a month and it completely changed my morning stress levels, no more frantic rushing. Anyone else find a small tweak that made a huge difference?

That zombie scroll is the real enemy. I took it a step further and started charging my phone in the kitchen overnight. No phone in the bedroom at all. The walk to turn off the alarm gets my blood moving, and by the time I'm in the kitchen I'm already up so I just start the coffee. It completely broke the habit of grabbing the phone and getting stuck. The first few days were rough but now I don't even miss it.

My old routine was hitting snooze three times and still being late. Honestly, I started putting my phone across the room so I have to get up to turn it off. That one dumb move forces me out of bed and I'm actually awake. It stopped the whole ten minute zombie scroll in bed. Tbh it felt silly but it works. Now I have time for coffee before I have to run out the door.

Try a sunrise alarm clock, the gradual light is a game changer.
