Is it weird I switched from morning showers to night showers after 30 years?
I used to always shower in the morning to wake up, but about 6 months ago I started doing it at night because my new job starts at 6am and I just couldn't drag myself out of bed any earlier. Now I sleep way better and my hair isn't a frizzy mess from rushing out the door with it wet. Has anyone else made a similar switch and noticed their whole routine got thrown off?

Honestly, did you have to retrain your brain to not feel gross getting into bed after a whole day of being out? Tbh, I made the same switch about two years ago for a similar reason, and the first week felt weird. But now I swear by it, mostly because I can actually take my time without rushing. A pro tip I figured out is to switch your pillowcases more often since you're going to bed with clean hair but not freshly washed sheets. Also, keep a dry towel by the bed for those nights you're too tired to dry off properly. It honestly made my mornings way less chaotic and my sleep way deeper.

Did you find it helped to have a specific bedtime routine too? For me, starting my nighttime wind-down earlier with a shower and no phone made the transition feel less jarring. I still keep a towel handy, it's a lifesaver on those exhausted nights.
