Hit 1,000 days of data on my fitness tracker and felt nothing
About 3 years ago I started tracking my steps and sleep, and last Tuesday I hit exactly 1,000 consecutive days logged. Everyone talks about how these milestones are supposed to feel amazing or motivated, but honestly it just made me realize how much time I waste staring at numbers. Did anyone else hit a big personal number and just feel... meh about it?

The real problem is that these numbers make us forget what the activity actually felt like in our bodies. My sleep tracker says I get 7.5 hours but I still wake up tired half the time, so what's the point? You're numbing that human intuition that tells you when something is off without a screen checking in.

Honestly @verar21 same here, numbers just don't capture how your body really feels.
