Can we talk about the time a customer in Miami asked me to 'just check' their 2012 laptop for a virus?

I spent 45 minutes on a full diagnostic before they casually mentioned they'd already poured a can of soda into it. Anyone else get these 'forgotten' details halfway through a ticket?

Wait, ants in the power supply? That's wild, but I'm pretty sure they'd be in the actual computer part, not just the power brick. The heat from the CPU would attract them more. Did your cousin ever find the main nest inside the case?

Disagree with you there, felixramirez. The power brick gets way hotter than people think, perfect for ants. It's often the first warm spot they find and settle in.

My cousin's old desktop had a whole ant colony living in the power supply (we found out the hard way).
