Ran into a guy at a comic shop who used a spreadsheet to track his pull list

Was at Cosmic Comics in Denver last Saturday and this dude whipped out a color coded Google Sheet with release dates and prices, honestly made me rethink my messy stack of sticky notes, has anyone else tried doing that or am I overthinking it?

The color coded Google Sheet actually makes perfect sense for keeping track of variant covers and price jumps. I started doing that last year after I missed a third printing of a DC Black Label book and had to pay double on eBay. My sheet has tabs for each publisher with columns for cover price, release date, and whether it's a main cover or a sketch variant. The best part is I can sort it by week and see exactly what I'm spending each month, which saved me from going over budget during the Marvel anniversary blitz.

@oliver_wilson49 nailed it, I even added conditional formatting to highlight price increases on my pull list.
