Question about a weird finish on 304 stainless

I was running a batch of 304 stainless parts last Thursday and the finish came out looking cloudy, almost etched, even though my speeds and feeds were textbook. My coolant was a fresh mix of Blaser Swisslube, so that wasn't it. Has anyone else had this happen and figured out the fix?

Check your tool for built-up edge, that clouded my stainless once.

Yeah, had that happen with a cheap knife once. @carr.brooke, try a little vinegar and water, cleared mine right up.
