Finally bought a proper dust extractor for my miter saw

Spent about $600 on a Festool CT and it's saved my lungs and my shop cleanup time. Anyone have tips for keeping the hose from getting in the way on long crown cuts?

Man, I used to think those fancy dust extractors were just for pros with money to burn. I'd just open the garage door and let my little shop vac scream. Then I helped my buddy install his hardwood floors, and after two days of cutting without his big extractor, I was blowing black stuff out of my nose for a week. That visual alone sold me. My cheap setup just wasn't catching the fine stuff. Now I won't cut anything without proper dust control.

Honestly, is a $600 setup really worth it for a hobbyist?
