Found a better way to run coax through attics without crawling all day

I was out on a job in Austin last Tuesday, old two story house with barely any crawl space. Tried using a glow rod like always but kept snagging on insulation and ductwork. Took a chance with one of those fiberglass fish tapes instead, the 50 foot one from Klein... worked way smoother than I expected. Anyone else had luck switching tools for tight attic runs?

@valh32 the insulation part was actually the main thing I was worried about too. Those glow rods just get tangled up in R30 like nobody's business, turning a 10 minute run into a 45 minute fight with dust and sweat. The fish tape does slide through better but it's not some miracle tool, you still have to be careful around sharp edges and tight bends. People act like switching tools is gonna change their whole life or something. It's a coax cable in an attic, not brain surgery.

Did you find it handled the insulation better than the glow rods?
