That line about being in the trust business is so true. I hired a guy once who did great work but was always late and never called. Found someone less fancy who just shows up when he says he will. I'll take that reliability over a perfect lawn any day.

Trust business" feels a bit heavy for a lawn guy. It's just mowing grass, not watching my kids. If the work gets done right, I can live with a few missed calls.
