Finally picked between hiring a bookkeeper vs doing it myself
I run a small landscaping business in Memphis and spent all last year doing my own books (well, sort of). After missing a tax deadline by 3 days in April, I hired a local bookkeeper named Rachel for $300 a month. She caught $1,200 in deductions I missed, so honestly it paid for itself in the first quarter. Has anyone else struggled with letting go of the financial side of things?

Rachel sounds like a win. Letting go was tough for me too, but paying someone $300 a month to save me $1,200 made the decision way easier (and way less stressful).

Pony up that $300 and don't look back @amy154. It's a no-brainer when you realize how many deductions you were missing on your own. Keeping the books yourself just isn't worth the headache.
