Tried a mood tracker spread vs a simple habit tracker for 6 weeks
The mood tracker was a waste of space with all those colors and symbols, but the habit tracker with just daily checkboxes actually helped me stick to my morning routine, anyone else ditch the fancy stuff for a plain layout?

Ditch the mood tracker completely. Just check off when you brush your teeth.

Week 3 was where my mood tracker fell apart. I had like 8 different colors for "meh" and "tired" and "annoyed" and couldn't even remember what each one meant by Sunday. @julia_carter70 hit it right, just checking off the basics like brushing your teeth or making coffee is way more useful. I switched to a single column with 5 boxes and it takes 10 seconds tops. The fancy stuff just adds friction when you're already dragging through the morning.
