After @parkerw14's grill support story, I'm shocked anyone would cut corners on a roof. What were they thinking, risking the whole house like that?

My buddy had a deck built like that, it collapsed under a grill last summer.

Yeah grills are way heavier than people think. I put extra support under mine after seeing a similar thing happen.
