Bought a $40 pressure cooker at a yard sale last month and it cut my cooking time in half.

I make a lot of dried beans and cheap cuts of meat, and this thing has saved me so much on my gas bill. It was a little scary at first, but now I use it three times a week. What other cheap kitchen tools have actually paid off for you?

I mean, how much do you think you're saving on the gas bill? Idk, maybe it's just me but I'm curious about the real numbers.
