Pro tip: I chose to wear pajamas to the grocery store on a Tuesday afternoon just to see what would happen.

Honestly, nobody cares as much as you think. The trick is to just own it and not act like it's weird.

I used to be the type who would never leave the house without being fully put together. But last year, I ran to the pharmacy in my slippers and robe and nobody even blinked. It really changed how I see those little rules.
