Can we talk about the way I used to handle tube rolling on a 4-inch header
Used to just muscle it with a come-along and a prayer, but after a bad pinch in Spokane, I switched to a proper roller from the truck. Anyone have a better method for tight radius work?

Bad pinch in Spokane" sounds rough. My cousin welded a custom jig for his bike frame once. Whole thing looked like a pretzel when he was done.
