Wow, that's so true... I started noticing my own tells from game nights spilling over. Last week I caught myself reading a coworker's nervous blink during a budget talk, like they were holding a weak hand. Totally changed how I pushed back on their points.

Poker face skills are totally a work superpower now! I've seen people's shoulders tense up right before they disagree in meetings. Once you start looking for the small stuff, it's hard to stop noticing.
