Serious question, does anyone else think the 'skip intro' button has ruined the vibe of a good show?

I used to watch every single opening theme, but after my partner kept hitting skip on our 'Stranger Things' rewatch, I realized I missed the mood it sets. Has a show's intro ever changed your mind about the whole season?

Your partner skipping the Stranger Things intro is a crime. That synth theme is half the show's personality. A bad intro can make me doubt the whole thing from the start.

Totally agree about the intro setting the tone. My wife used to skip the Game of Thrones opening until I made her watch it once and pointed out how the map changes with the story. Now she never misses it because it actually helps her follow along. Sometimes people just need to see the value.
