Think about how many things in life follow that same beat. Like going to the gym, you can either sprint on the treadmill for 20 minutes and be done, or spend an hour lifting weights and slowly working through a routine. Same with cooking dinner - sometimes you throw a frozen pizza in the oven and call it good, other times you actually chop vegetables and let something simmer on the stove for a while. Even reading a book versus scrolling through your phone feels like that trade off between quick bursts and settling in. It's like our whole lives are split between these two modes, and neither one is wrong, they just fit different moods or moments.

That gym comparison really shifted how I see my own routine, and now I get why both approaches matter.
