Tired of seeing shops use zip ties for derailleur cable housing

Walked into a shop downtown last Tuesday and saw a $4k build with housing all zip tied to the frame. I spent 10 minutes cutting those off and redoing it with proper guides. How do you convince newer mechanics that zip ties are for temporary fixes, not permanent installs?

Man zip ties compress the housing over time and cause shifting issues. That's the part people forget.
