Yikes, Wesley might have a point about the pressure. My grand plan to fix callouts could actually cause them. I've basically built a team of people who are too skilled to get away with faking sick.

Forcing everyone to learn each role sounds like a quick fix. That kind of pressure can burn people out faster than being short-staffed. You might just make people want to call out more.
