Rant: Our local BBQ champ's ribs are way too sweet for my taste.
Crowds flock to Big Joe's award-winning ribs at the annual town fair. I tried them last weekend, and the glaze is so sugary it overpowers the meat flavor. Am I the only one who prefers a more savory rub on ribs?
