Yeah those things are worth every penny. Just make sure you clean the nozzle every week or it'll get all gummy.

My cousin's 3D printer had the exact same issue last winter. He ignored the nozzle for like a month while printing a ton of holiday gifts. The repair bill was almost a hundred bucks because the whole hot end needed replacing. It's crazy how such a tiny part can cause so much trouble. I tell him now that maintenance is just part of the hobby's DNA.

Cleaning the nozzle every week is smart. I read a forum post where someone only cleaned theirs monthly and it completely clogged. They had to soak the whole tip in solvent for hours to fix it. Regular cleaning seems like a small hassle compared to that.
